Parking Conditions

On April 15, 2008, the Department of Transportation installed the first two of 13 new real time parking information signs for Downtown San Jose.  These two signs are located at Market/Post and Santa Clara/Almaden.  They provide information for the following four garages: Market & San Pedro, Third Street, Fourth & San Fernando, and Convention Center.

Additional roadway signs will be installed at other key downtown locations (see map). Construction documents are being prepared for the remaining 11 signs and they are scheduled to be installed by the end of December 2008.
